Besides a few hiccups the places was beautiful and a great location. I appreciate Ted’s help throughout the process.

This place was exactly like it was pictured. Place was modern and amenities were superb. There were a couple of things we had issues with (kitchen and bedroom lights that didn’t work and bathroom that didn’t lock) but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Ted did offer to help us when he could and was also so accommodating when we asked for early check in and a little delay in our check out. We were there for a very special event and him being so gracious really spoke volumes. For me it was the little things that also stood out: emergency meds in the bathroom, recovery and energy drinks in the fridge, bean bag mattress pullouts, and a great coffee maker. Brooke

Absolutely Amazing place!!! The neighborhood is great, we felt right at home. We enjoyed our daily walks along side the water and grabbing coffee at ground bean bar. Everything was perfect and peaceful. Ted is a class act… we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!!!

Super glad we went with this spot. It was in a prime location and was walkable to multiple restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone.

Ted’s house was a perfect beautiful modern home for my family of 10 people total. Ted was super responsive and flexible with an early check-in, and when we were missing or lacking things, he responded right away, apologized and took care of it immediately. We were able to cook meals with fully stocked kitchen items. There were 2 sets of washer/dryers which definitely came in handy with our kids in tow. The best part was the “secret garden” like staircase that led up to the rooftop, where we able to view the Seaworld fireworks at night! The location was perfect and walkable to Mission Bay, where me and my husband did our morning jogs. There was also a playground nearby for the kids, a huge plus! The parking garage in the back had one space for one of our cars, however there was plenty of street parking for the other car. All in all, we felt safe in the neighborhood, and we can’t wait to stay here again! Thanks Ted!!

This house was perfect for 9 gals. You see the water from the third floor and you can see sea world from the balcony. This area is peaceful and quiet. Although there was construction in the front yard, it didn\'t bother any of us. Also Ted gave us the heads up on construction and it was fine. Lastly, the house is exactly as pictures and it is sparkly clean. I would recommend this house for a big group!

Great location and home.The price was reflective of construction so all good. Home was well appointed. Beds and towels clean and comfortable beds/pillows. Love this area great pocket of homes!

We had THE best time at the Beach Barn for a bachelorette party. Beautiful rooms and the most fun top deck with a refrigerator and views of the water. 10/10 would stay again!!

Didn’t have time to use the BBQ area, but we hope to on another visit. Great view from the decks. We hope to stay again soon! Host was immediately responsive to all our needs.

Really nice place!

We had a great time - rented this house for a birthday celebration and it did not dissapoint! The house was exactly as pictured and check-in was super easy. It was clean and they provided extra ammenities for us that we found really helpful (shoutout to the LifeAid drinks). It was in the perfect location to walk to nearby coffee shops or catch a quick uber to the bars and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning in the future/booking other properties with Ted!

This place is fully loaded with everything you need to feel at home. The beds are comfortable, the towels are big and cozy and there is something special about every room. We loved spending time on the rooftop deck and we really enjoyed the location for maximizing our time in San Diego. Would recommend this Airbnb for friends and families that want a lovely beautiful home based that is well located and filled with everything you need and more.

This is a lovely home — squeaky clean from top to bottom, the beds are super comfortable and everyone had a lot of space to spread out. The rooftop patio is a complete gem! Loved the location, and the communication throughout the process was top-notch. Would definitely stay again!!

We had the BEST time at the house for my bachelorette. It had everything you could possibly need! The deck and rooftop were such a highlight! The views were amazing and it was the perfect location! So grateful to have stayed here!!

We had a last minute cancellation at our airbnb in San Diego and found Ted\'s link. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 7. It was clean, spacious and close to the bay. There were more than enough beds, convertible beds and sleeper sofa, the dual washer/dryer was a welcome surprise. Ted was very responsive and confirmed availability right away. He provided clear instructions and followed up with an email to make sure we were able to check in. I would definitely come back to this place.

This is a great spot right next to the Bay Area of PB. It’s about a 30 minute walk into all the main areas of PB and the ocean side of the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the more beach part of the Bay. It’s a super cute spot with tons of room and was perfect for celebrating a friend with 9 of us in the house. Would definitely come back!
