Welcome to Silversands, a fully remodeled beach home near Mission Bay. This charming 3-bedroom vacation rental is just one house away from the bay and beach, and close to restaurants and shops offering you the perfect coastal retreat.

As you enter the ground level, you'll find a sunny fenced-in patio with a table, Adirondack chairs, shade umbrella, and a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The entry leads to a ground-level king bedroom, a hall bathroom, and staircase to the living area on the second floor.

The main living level features dining table for six adjacent to the living area with a sectional sofa and flatscreen TV. The vaulted ceiling with skylights brings an open feel to the space and lets the sunshine in! The open kitchen features clean, white quartzite counters with herringbone tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances, including a convenient wine-fridge.

Beyond the kitchen, there's a hall bath with a shower and another king bedroom. Upstairs on the third level, you'll find a loft room with a small sectional sofa, fireplace and TV. This makes a great place for the kids to hang out away from the main level. Just off the loft is a powder room, as well as the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds.

Long weekend trip with a group of running friends. Location is perfect - right between the bay & the ocean. 2 minute walk to the ocean. We visited during the winter so too cold to get in the ocean, but we loved being able to run & walk along the beach every day. Tons of great restaurants within walking distance - we rarely needed to drive anywhere. House was open & spacious - plenty of room for the 6 of us. And we were easily able to find a free place to park our 2nd vehicle. Hosts were very attentive- checked in on us daily via text & when we did need assistance they were available & supportive. Even left a cute welcome basket for us & texted to say the house was ready early, even though we had not requested an early check in. Our entire group agreed we loved the spot & would absolutely stay here again.

What can we say... This is the perfect vacation home! All the amenities that you would hope for in a very modern setting. We were able to walk to both the Bay and Pacific beaches within 2 minutes. Plenty of things to do within walking distance.
