Great place with a very responsive team. No hidden items. The refrigerator was broken and they messaged me an hour before check in and told me they were putting a different one in. I was already on site, and as they were messaging me, they were bringing in a new refrigerator! I still got in 30 min early, and I knew they were truthful. Will definitely stay here again. Things happen, but it’s nice to know they were open and up front about it!

We go to Mission Beach as a large family every year. This has been my favorite location and housing arrangement as compared to our previous rentals. Any minor issues that we encountered were promptly dealt with by the management team. I will definitely look to come back in the future!

A wonderful stay!

Great home, we would stay here again! we were two families that stayed here since we wanted something close to each other but we wanted our own unit so this was perfect for us! The access to the building was somewhat tricky but after carefully reading their check in information on the guest guidebook that was sent to us...we figured it out. Garage was also pretty tight but we loved that there was parking since it is something pretty rare in the area. Great views and responsive management. Thank you for checking on us, our stay was lovely.

The location was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. It’s a short walk to Belmont park, steps away from the beach, walking distance to playgrounds for the kids and close proximity to restaurants. There is a place to wash off sand on the side of the building, which was very convenient. Parking was a little tricky with our bigger party, as each unit only came with one parking space. Street parking wasn’t easy to find and street sweeping was between 8am-10am Mon-Thu, meaning we had to figure out where to move our cars in the morning. Bedrooms were a good size and showers were really a treat. Management was easy to reach, even though we stayed during Thanksgiving where most people were on holiday. We had issues with our place not having running water and also having the smoke detectors going off, but management was able to fix the issues fast. Overall I would recommend this place for adult gatherings and maybe not for family with small kids.

Our family had a great stay here! The team was very responsive and friendly. Access to this building can be somewhat tricky but we read our check in information and all the info was there. Great space and people watching. Close to many restaurants and fun stuff. Few steps to the beach. We would love to come back!

Our 10 people group got very comfortable here! we did not want to leave. We enjoyed the amazing views and spent 80% of our time on the beach. Bluewater was great and very responsive at all times. We hope we get to stay here next year too!

Family trip to the beach and this place did not disappoint. Comfortable beds, even better views and responsive staff. There are only 2 parking spots for 5 bedrooms which was the only downside and parking on the street is near impossible. Don\'t bring more than 2 vehicles. Other than that, we had a beyond 5 star vacay.
