Mission Tides 1 is in a prime location in Mission Beach, just south of Belmont Park and 5 homes from the beach and boardwalk. This home is located on desirable Devon Court on the beach side of Mission Boulevard. The front of the home features a tropically landscaped and gated patio with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Step inside the home into a compact living area with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and convenient in-home stack laundry. Just adjacent is the ground level bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs on the second level you’ll find bedroom 2 with a queen bed and sliding glass door that opens to an ocean view balcony where you can see and hear the waves crashing on the beach. Bedroom 3 is also located on this level and comes with a twin bunk bed. There is a hall bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with another walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include a whole-home water filtration system, two-car tandem parking, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, Wi-Fi, TVs in all bedrooms, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the warmer months.

This home was perfect for us. Traveling with an elder can be challenging but Bluewater helped us find a home with a bedroom on the ground floor and with assigned parking. The location was convenient, lots of places to get food from and also just a small walk to get to the beach. Cute and clean! Totally recommend this spot.
