Welcome to the Sandbar in Mission Beach. Located just one building back from the beach and ocean, and newly built and furnished in 2020, this rental is located in the epicenter of all the fun and action of Mission Beach next to beach shops, casual restaurants and pubs in one of the most popular tourist areas of Mission Beach.
Tastefully furnished, this Mission Beach rental provides a great environment to experience a taste of beach living. Amenities include a comfortable living room, a full-size sleeper sofa, smart TVs, a pub-height dining room tables, a full-size kitchen with a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances.
Belmont Amusement Park is across the street and plenty of things to do are right at your doorstep, including the Big Dipper roller coaster, arcade, amusements and rides, mini-golf, and beachfront restaurants and the Mission Beach Plunge. You can be on the sand in just a few steps and Mission Bay and large grass parks are just across the strand.

Soak up the sun, watch the surfers and dolphins offshore, or take your morning stroll along the miles and miles of beachside or bayside boardwalks. It’s all here and waiting for you.

• The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.

• During peak time and weekends, this area can become very busy and noisy. Noise from the adjacent bar will be heard and sometimes late into the night.
• Parking is not provided and overnight parking in the lots is not allowed. You can park in a nearby neighborhood and ride-share to the home. Please ask one of our agents for more details.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out: 10:00 AM. In order to properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs.
• Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. All occupants and use of the home must be approved by management, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

I read lots of reviews from around the area with that being a problem and we never had any issues at all. We very much enjoyed our stay. We thought it might be louder in the evening with such a central location, but it wasn’t! Very quiet around 9 on. Had one small issue getting in the first door (because I didn’t read thoroughly) and we were answered by text and then a phone call immediately. Will stay again!

The only downfall was the no parking, a little nerve racking but we didn’t have any issues. The home was spacious, the layout was open and the bathroom was large enough to run a smooth assembly line with the kids. The ad mentions noise but considering the location, it was fairly quiet. We didn’t lose sleep from outside traffic. We would definitely book again in the future. Maybe a baby moon.
