Blue water communications before during and after were fantastic. The home exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with our experience we rented another get away ( Mother’s Day) on the morning of our departure. This was our view every night we were there!!

Stayed at b5129 on Mission beach. The house is gorgeous, perfectly clean, check in process was great. This house specifically is an amazing place to stay, right on the waterfront, with a fire table to watch the sun set and listen to the waves through the evening. Take me baaaaaack

The property is spacious and location is very close to the beach and people were friendly which was great! Management company is responsive and helpful. The carpet in the bedrooms has seen better days and the 2 car tandem garage is quite narrow. We rented a jeep Wrangler that was too wide to fit. I would have appreciated some communication as to vehicle size as parking in this area is problematic. For reference, we saw a neighbor park a Lexus RX and touch the wheels of the passenger side of the car to the garage such that the driver could get out. Many vehicles were in that small SUV size class. Any vehicle larger would be difficult to park safely IMO. Other than that the property is awesome!

Well the pictures were wonderful when arriving the house was not clean dishes were greasy sheets were unclean showers were also uncleaned the floors had sand and grit everywhere after 3 days of cleaning everything I touched i called and spoke with Steve at the time he was not helpful a day after returning home he text I asked for the refund of the cleaning fee due to the condition of the house he agreed but I not received it. I am appreciative of Steve agreeing to refund the cleaning fee I pray he is a man of his word. The views of the beach was beautiful and the location was ideal those were my favorites.

Casa Kolmar was a perfect gathering place for our San Diego Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful, fully equipped with everything we needed for meals at home. The indoor outdoor living area opened up the home for visiting, cooking and hot tubbing. It was perfect! The beach was a mere one block away with wonderful walking opportunities in both directions. The rooftop sitting area has beautiful ocean views you just can't beat. We were sad to leave and would definitely go back.
