Perfection - this beach house was perfect for our family of 4 couples and 1 toddler. From the best welcome package to the boogie boards, SUPs, beach toys, etc. to the best towels and linens and easy communication and the bonus was the garage for 2 cars. We have stayed at many places and this was the best! The location is fantastic- morning sunshine and just walk 2 min for the sunsets. Highly recommended! The entire family says thanx!

Everyone we had contact with at Bluewater Vacation Homes was so responsive, kind, and accomodating! It was great to have a separate bedroom and bathroom on each of the 3 levels; this provided privacy when needed and the common areas were also perfect. Our rental had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, and toys in the garage for our use. We would definitely book and rent from Bluewater again.

We've stayed in more than 6 places in Mission Beach over the last 2 years and this was definitely our favorite. The first unit with 4 Bedrooms & 4 Baths & on the Boardwalk. The open space from the kitchen to dining to family room is very good. We cooked more than we went out. The kids loved playing in the sand & water which is a big difference vs staying inner block. All the bedrooms were spacious & closet space is good too. All the bathrooms are nice too. We loved the roof deck and the balcony and the patio with the BBQ. We also appreciated the stand up paddle board, boogie boards, kayak and sand toys. The one car garage is super and there was room for at least 2 cars behind it. It's a short walk to the main drag and public parking too. We love the boardwalk for walking and renting bikes and skateboarding and scooters. It's walking distance to Ralphs too! Reasonable pricing. Easy booking, Easy checkin and Easy checkout! Great Management so Thank You!

We were impressed by how clean the property was. Also the attention to small amenities such as labeling light switches, power strips on nightstands for plugging in electronics, soaps, etc was especially appreciated. Will definitely use this service again.

The wife and I shared a 4 night / 3-day reunion with two, from a long time ago, college buddies and their wives. The stay was fantastic. The Kolmar house is beautiful with great sitting areas inside and out and certainly professionally ready for our arrival We were also blessed with some fabulous weather. Perfect location for easy beach access (some incredible surf) and loads of great restaurants in La Jolla and San Diego. Bluewater made me look like a hero with my buddies. Highly recommend. Everything was as advertised for our property. The photographs were accurate. The condo was spotless. When we had a slight issue on a Saturday afternoon, staff answered the phone and provided us with a choice of good options for resolving the issue quickly.
