DESCRIPTION
South Beach 5 is a beautiful beachfront condominium, perfectly located in the heart of South Mission Beach in San Diego.

This oceanfront residence is one of only 5 condominium homes in a contemporary oceanfront building on the boardwalk, with retractable glass windows for unobstructed ocean views. Located on the penthouse 3rd level, it comes complete with a gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, a SubZero refrigerator, and freezer, is fully furnished with glass walls and designer touches throughout.

The main living level features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with a living room, dining table kitchen and oceanfront balcony with bar top seating. Take the spiral staircase to the rooftop 3rd bedroom and bath that sits higher than any surrounding building and offers amazing panoramic coastal views.

You can explore miles and miles of beaches along the oceanfront and bayfront boardwalks. Nearby are grass parks, beach shops, oceanfront restaurants, and Mission Bay is a 5-minute walk across the strand. Belmont Amusement Park with its famous wooden roller coaster and midway is just steps away and makes for a wonderful outing.

Additional amenities include a beachfront common area with built-in BBQ and sun lounges, TVs in all rooms, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and box fans, ready-made beds, American Leather couch, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods. • Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs when another guest is arriving or departing the same day.

• Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. All occupants and use of the home must be approved by management, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

Our family vacation was a great success! We walked a lot along the boardwalk, to different beach areas, to the Belmont park and to many coffee shops and restaurants in the area. We rented bikes and enjoyed the bay are as well.

We stayed in oceanfront property number B5394. The property looked exactly like the photos and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The property had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated. There were plenty of bath and beach towels along with a few beach items. The rooms were nice and spacious and included lots of storage space for unpacking. My children loved the upstairs bedroom! The view of the ocean and the cool breeze were superior from the main and second floor. We were surprised that none of us complained about not having air conditioning. The open concept and sliding patio doors took care of that! The mission beach community was inviting. We walked the boardwalk, relaxed on the beach, road bikes and spent time at Belmont Park everyday. EVERYTHING we needed was within a 5 min max walking distance. There was even a mini grocery store that we visited to stock up on a few essentials. The final piece that made our family vacation a success was having the garage. Parking is tight on the beach and we were grateful to not have to worry about parking tickets. The property management team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. They even left us a gift bag for our arrival. Overall this was truly a beautiful property!
